We’re committed to donating 10% of our net profits to the STDAVIDS.WALES Foundation, a foundation set up to develop employment initiatives in rural parts of Wales.
We’re also committed to developing full time, high quality, well paid work in the digital sector in rural West Wales, diversifying away from tourism and agriculture into a more rounded economy. All of our staff are paid at the Living Wage Foundation’s definition of the Living Wage, and we are actively committed to developing the opportunities that will encourage young people to stay in our local area and develop the skills that are needed in the new, digital economy.
